true weightloss

I know everyone has an awnser to weightloss and sometimes if not all the time it can be torturous.But it can be relatively easy to do because the mind is the first place to start.The mind can be overlooked to often as if nothing was happening there.Actually the opposite is the truth.Once you see yourself as overweight and you have settled at that it can be the creator of difficulties in trying to lose the weight.Fast weightloss, as in a couple of weeks, is achieved through a positive mind.Once it is understood that happiness is more vital than the look of your body.A good motivator is to join the gym with a friend or collegue etc.You must face the fears,worries or insecurities of your weight and overcome them.It is a mental battle as much as it is physical.But it can be only a thought away an attitude away.Your attitude to youself is very important.It can give you the motivation to lose weight.If you find that you have no motivation ask yourself where are you searching for motivation.Does it come from a momentary flash of wanting to join a gym or go on a gruelling diet?Or a momentary flash of envy for another persons body? Ask yourself are you happy with your body.As obvious as the awnser might be people tend to lose their motivation after a day or week.If you change your attitude to one of dedication to your goal it can have dramatic results!Dont ever resort to one of "this is who i am, i am overweight " it will do nothing for yourself.Instead try seeing the positive.You will gain much more energy and enthusiasm in excercising.It can be a wonderfull thing.I would allways ask myself why does fitness gurus on t.v are so have so much energy and enthusiasm all the time.Well it comes from action and movement . . . excercise!Be positive in your goal to lose weight.It is a journey and at the end you will find it was worth it!
